Remi (he/him) is a Nirai who specializes in voidmoth research. He was born in approximately 341. Physically, he has "ice-violet" eyes and curly hair.
The team's first mission involves retrieving Remi from Station Moongray in 361. According to the mission briefing, Remi "claims to have invented a method for detecting rifts and predicting where they will take us, possibly even generating them."
As befits an expert in voidmoths, Remi's scientific expertise is highly cross-disciplinary, incorporating number theory, general relativity, bioengineering, and neuropsychology.
Childhood
Remi spent his early childhood on a war-torn planet outside the hexarchate, and later lived in a Vidona orphanage. At the age of fourteen, he was emancipated in order to join the Nirai.
